We appreciate it very much that the era of development brings us opportunity, and with carrying out of China¡¯s reform and open policy, our company developed from infancy to maturity, and it has already become one of the well-known enterprises in Chongqing. However, compared with the world-class enterprises, there is still a gap between us. With entering WTO and economical globalization, all Chinese Enterprises are facing more and more challenges and the opportunities.    There is a most fundamental factor which determines if a company could develop rapidly, that is to abandon all those outdated minds and behaviors which are not suitable for the development.
